- Lead project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Digging into cost variances and helping the business make smarter decisions
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance and efficiency
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or be actively studying).
- Around 5+ years' experience in finance - whether that's project accounting, FP&A, FBP, or Management Accounting.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Confidence to work independently and communicate clearly with non-finance teams
