Working Pattern: 5 days per week on sitePlease note: Must Hold Security Clearance (SC) in line with United Kingdom Security VettingOverviewWe're supporting a long-term, high-security major infrastructure programme in Derby. The project involves large-scale construction and site upgrades for a nationally significant client. The Health and Safety Project Manager will focus on operations, governance, and assurance, ensuring compliance across active construction sites and complex infrastructure works.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead governance and assurance processes across site operations
  • Oversee statutory inspections and contractor compliance
  • Conduct site audits, safety inspections, and investigations
  • Engage with multiple contractors and stakeholders, representing the client's HSE interests
  • Drive continuous improvement in health and safety performance
Candidate Profile
  • SC-cleared or eligible for clearance (sponsorship possible)
  • Proven track record in managing HSE within large-scale infrastructure or regulated industries (nuclear, defence, energy, rail, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 5/6, or equivalent
