With strong Ofsted ratings, we're proud to lead in educational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport students with individual needs, helping them believe in themselves and prepare for the futureLead safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring strong protection across the schoolProvide excellent pastoral care to all pupilsUnderstand and contribute to the school's improvement plansIdentify and report safeguarding trends to senior leadersBuild strong links with professional services and the communityKeep accurate records of behaviour incidentsSupport behaviour and safeguarding across the school as neededRequirementsA strong passion for supporting students with SENDAt least 2 years' experience in a SEND setting or similar provisionCommitment as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, believing every child deserves an outstanding educationExperience in a safeguarding role within educationBenefits of Joining Keys Group
