
Senior Support Worker

- Lead shifts, manage rotas, and oversee the daily running of the home
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children and young people
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams (care, clinical, education)
- Maintain clear records, care plans, and incident reports
- Champion safeguarding and promote independence and positive outcomes
- A relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g. Children & Young People's Workforce)
- Understanding of Autism Spectrum Conditions and associated behaviours
- Confident in leading a team and taking responsibility during shifts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people
