- Carry out high-quality, evidence-based assessments of children and families.
- Provide clear, analytical reports to support decision-making in children’s best interests.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including schools, health colleagues, police, and voluntary organisations.
- Develop meaningful relationships with children and young people, ensuring their voices are central to your work.
- Contribute to our trauma-informed, relationship-based practice model, ensuring positive and lasting outcomes.
- Be a qualified Social Worker.
- Hold a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
- Demonstrate resilience, strong time management, and excellent analytical skills.
- Have experience in assessment and care planning, with a passion for improving outcomes for children.
- Be able to work collaboratively, building strong relationships with colleagues and partner agencies.
- Bring curiosity, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
