It's an 18-month contract with a possibility of going perm after this.This is vital role within the organisation and will require someone confident with minute taking as well as a high degree of confidentiality.This accredited organisation offers an excellent package- 36 hours per week, hybrid working (3 days in office)29 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, wellbeing allowance etc.Why Apply?

- Coordinating committee meetings and board activities, including agenda planning and follow-ups
- Taking accurate, confidential board-level minutes and maintaining governance records
- Acting as the liaison point for charity trustees and key partners
- Preparing high-quality reports and briefing packs
- Booking travel, processing expenses, and tracking invoices
- Collaborating on project work with the CFO and COO
- Assisting with SharePoint document management and general administration
- Proven experience in an EA or Senior Administrator role, ideally within a regulated, not-for-profit, or professional services environment
- Previous involvement in governance, committee organisation, and board-level support
- Confident and accurate minute taker
- Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information with complete discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Experience with SharePoint and basic finance/admin tasks (e.g. invoice processing)
- Excellent written communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Someone who is proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
