- Create an excellent service and welcome for all customers and staff to the HQ building.
- Responsible for maintenance of coffee machines, including daily clean and checks.
- Maintaining office stationery stock levels, hoarding supplies as and when required.
- Restock of kitchenette areas, such as; fruit restocking cups and consumables.
- Building stakeholder relationships, to be approachable to deal with any on the day issues relating to operations within the workplace.
- Support setup of meeting rooms and events.
- Complete regular office checks, reporting any concerns for requirement for improvement to the helpdesk.
- Experience working in a fast paced Facilities Operational Environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate the ability to liaise with varying stakeholders
- The ability to work efficiently and able to implement new work processes.
- The ability to work using own initiative, judgement and discretion.
- Knowledge of facilities contractor requirements.
