We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and are open to discuss flexible work options to help you balance your work and home life.Join the Close Brothers Facilities Team where you will be supporting all areas of the Workplace, helping with the day to day operations and focusing on customer care and daily operational tasks.The ideal candidate will liaise with key stakeholders, third parties and other members of the Facilities team to ensure an excellent service is maintained at all times, taking responsibility for the post, upkeep of assets, building standards and visitors and events.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create an excellent service and welcome for all customers and staff to the HQ building.
  • Responsible for maintenance of coffee machines, including daily clean and checks.
  • Maintaining office stationery stock levels, hoarding supplies as and when required.
  • Restock of kitchenette areas, such as; fruit restocking cups and consumables.
Responsible for greeting guest and following security process. Providing correct access for staff/contractors. * Completing monthly clear desk audit.
  • Building stakeholder relationships, to be approachable to deal with any on the day issues relating to operations within the workplace.
  • Support setup of meeting rooms and events.
  • Complete regular office checks, reporting any concerns for requirement for improvement to the helpdesk.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF HAVE/ARE:
  • Experience working in a fast paced Facilities Operational Environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to liaise with varying stakeholders
  • The ability to work efficiently and able to implement new work processes.
  • The ability to work using own initiative, judgement and discretion.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
  • Knowledge of facilities contractor requirements.
  • Catering Services experience
  • Cleaning Services experience
  • Reception Services experience
  • IOSH
