You will:Oversee project delivery and support Senior Associates and Project ArchitectsGuide new client onboarding and nurture strong client relationshipsContribute to business development and practice-wide strategic decisionsEnsure delivery aligns with deadlines, budgets, and uncompromising qualityMaintain and enhance QA processes in collaboration with senior leadershipMentor team members and uphold a culture of design excellenceWork closely with the Founder/Creative Director and MDLead with vision and motivate teams with clarity and purposeAbout You:You’re a grounded, strategic leader with a passion for beautiful architecture and a sharp eye for delivery.
