- Design, develop and implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse)
- Architect system integrations with Azure Logic Apps
- Deliver collaborative tools via SharePoint Online and Teams
- Define and enforce Power Platform governance and security standards
- Ensure compliance with data and security policies
- Monitor performance and drive innovation
- Enhance efficiency and user experience
- Contribute to strategic projects and represent the IT team
- Translate business needs into effective technical solutions
- Build strong, solution-focused relationships with stakeholders
- Lead meetings to foster collaboration and drive outcomes
- Support internal networking and external business development
- Help to manage the development team to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and citizen developers
- Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies: Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Azure Logic Apps
- Familiar with Copilot Studio and AI solution development
- Strong SQL knowledge; experience with JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, React (desirable)
- Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, and intranet/knowledge solutions
- Solid grasp of DevOps, solution lifecycle, and Power Platform environment strategies
- Experience mentoring developers and leading small teams
- Background in IT within professional services; technical certifications and degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
