Job SummarySupporting new client acquisition and the development of existing key accounts through the correct positioning of Allvue solutions in the sales cycle, focusing on the key criteria of the prospect/client.
Responsibilities· Manage and provide comprehensive solutions consulting and support to the Sales and Account Management teams.· Manage discovery calls with prospects and clients, focusing on detailed use cases and pain points.· Independently deliver deep-dive functional workshops using Allvue’ s credit solution.· Load client sample data and build hypothetical scenarios for proof-of-concept workshops.· Establish credibility with the client/prospect through industry experience – Analyze the client/prospect needs and position Allvue Solutions appropriately to ease the sales process and optimize efficiency.· Preparation of RFI/RFPs to assure that Allvue is presented according to the key criteria of the prospect/client.· Advise on best practice and technology, mentoring and advising throughout all phases of the sales cycle to ensure world class solution selection.· Keep current on solutions and features as they are released within the product(s)· Become familiar with competitors and our differentiators.· Provide market feedback to Product management and Marketing regarding product functionality and market/customer demands.· Liaise with Product Managers and Development to understand the product roadmap and communicate with the sales organization.· Share competitive sales intelligence with the wider sales team and maintain up-to-date aide memoire versus competitors.· Input into continuous improvement of both sales’ presentation decks & collateral and sales process & methodology.Requirements· 2+ years of experience in a client facing role within the Private Credit and/or CLO space.· Ability to speak of our main competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.· Relevant experience in an enterprise software solution engineering role· Experience supporting sales functions in securing new and upselling revenues across a business led and consultative software sales process.· Strong technical aptitude coupled with a strong understanding of business value.· Strong communication and presentation skills, good at ‘story telling’.· Comfortable presenting to C-Suite· Good listener and able to think on your feet· Subject Matter Expert style, focusing on value selling· Well versed in Windows and Internet technologies.· Skilled with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Education/Certifications· University degree in related fieldLanguage Skills· Excellent English written and verbal communication
