- Ensure all support needs are met throughout the day.

- Promote the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being of the people we support, empowering them to fulfil a meaningful life.
- Follow risk assessment plans.
- Read Support plans, report and record in systems, and understand data protection of confidential information.
- Patience and persistence are required to find ways to communicate effectively with service users.
- Learning ability to understand Support plans and NHS health care assessment plans.
- A willingness to work in small groups and alone with service users.
- Be physically able to carry out assessed manual handling, including hoisting, and pushing wheelchairs.
- To meet the practical and personal care and support needs of individuals we support. This can range from dietary/nutritional to medication needs.
- To have previous experience of working in health and social care settings is essential, or the relevant level 2 Qualification in social care or aim to achieve a level 2 in social care.
