
Senior Campaign Marketing Manager

- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns tailored to hotel groups across the buying journey
- Drive engagement with both new prospects and partially onboarded customers
- Collaborate with sales to build momentum in target accounts through structured, story-led marketing
- Partner with Product and Regional Marketing to align campaign strategy with business priorities
- Activate consultants and integrations via Partner Marketing as part of your go-to-market mix
- Create account-specific content and messaging aligned with stakeholder personas
- Coordinate cross-channel delivery; content, events, paid media, email, and more
- Use data and tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI) to test, optimise, and improve campaign performance
- B2B marketing experience, SaaS and hospitality tech experience preferred
- Proven track record executing integrated, multi-stakeholder campaigns with long sales cycles
- Skilled at weaving product messaging into campaigns based on buyer needs and opportunities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, and regional teams
- Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce; bonus points for Power BI or HockeyStack experience
- Strong communicator and storyteller with an analytical mindset
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once
