Their focus on quality, reliability, and safety underpins every stage of their work, from planning through to completion.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Contracts Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential projects, managing schemes from pre-construction through to final handover. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard.This is a senior leadership role requiring clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a practical, hands-on mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring high standards and consistent deliveryPlan and coordinate resources, programming, and logistics with senior managementMonitor progress, quality, and compliance with health & safety regulationsBuild effective relationships with site staff, subcontractors, consultants, and clientsCarry out site inspections, risk assessments, and resolve any issues proactivelyManage budgets, site reporting, and cost controls in collaboration with commercial teamsUphold professional standards and represent the company's values throughout all phases of the projectsREQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager within commercial or residential construction
