This is more than just an administrative role - you'll be managing office operations, coordinating staff, maintaining compliance, and keeping the team on track, all while liaising with customers and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and coordinating day-to-day office operations and the team
  • Maintaining HR records and keeping staff procedures up to date
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance
  • Organising staff training
  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and taking minutes
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly
