Blue Arrow is recruiting Production Chefs to join a large-scale catering operation in Reading - where your precision, speed, and passion will be rewarded.๐Ÿฝ๏ธ About the Role:
Work from a central production kitchen preparing 600 meals a day, supplying a network of eateries, bars, and restaurants across the estate. You'll be part of a skilled brigade focused on quality, consistency, and sustainability.โœจ What's in it for you?

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ What you'll be doing:
  • ๐Ÿ”ช Producing large volumes of fresh meals to exacting standards
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Following HACCP and food safety procedures
  • ๐Ÿงพ Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste
  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Working closely with the Head Chef and wider team
  • ๐Ÿง  Supporting menu development and operational efficiency
๐ŸŽ“ What you'll need:
  • ๐ŸŽ“ NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
  • โœ… Level 2 Food Safety
  • ๐Ÿง  Experience in a commercial or production kitchen
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Strong communication and organisational skills
  • ๐Ÿ’ช Calm under pressure, with a passion for food and teamwork
Typical shifts include:
๐Ÿ•– 7am-2:30pm | ๐Ÿ•— 8am-2:45pm | ๐Ÿ• 1pm-9pm | ๐Ÿ• 2:15pm-10pm
