We are seeking an individual who is motivated to deliver a high quality service and to support its evolution.You will be based within the pharmacy homecare team at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli and develop close working relationships with patients, service providers and clinical teams.Main duties of the jobThe role will include clerical and administrative tasks to support the day to day running of the homecare service for the Health Board.
