You will play a key role in helping to create a safe and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.Key responsibilities include:

Supporting pupils' emotional and behavioural needs in and out of the classroom
Helping students understand and engage with lesson content
Working 1:1 with pupils or in small groups to support learning and social development
Observing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress to support interventions
Collaborating with SEN and pastoral teams to implement tailored support strategies
