- Provide general administrative support to the site and management team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including compliance reports, service records, and work orders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and delivery of services.
- Assist with procurement and invoice processing using relevant systems.
- Support health and safety compliance and site audits by maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing queries appropriately.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within facilities management or a similar operational environment.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CAFM system is desirable
