- Documentation Support: Maintain operational documentation and ensure project/server files are up to date with all relevant information aligned to processes.
- Project Organization: Assist in organizing projects and resource contracts to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to meet deadlines, ensuring operational excellence and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure projects and resource contracts comply with company and customer processes, procedures, and statutory obligations.
- Data Management: Maintain data and prompt team members to provide up-to-date and mandatory information requirements, including applications, forecasts, progress reports, timesheets, weekly contractor return forms, and H&S documentation.
- BD Support: Support the BD Administrators in their day-to-day activities.
- Meeting Organization: Organize meetings to ensure bids process through the business in line with governance, allowing timely bid submissions.
- Bid Tracking: Track the progress of all bids and help keep bids on track for successful submission.
- Bid Library Maintenance: Help build and maintain the Bid library.
- Bid Reporting: Report on Bid Management workloads and Win/Loss ratios.
