Responsibilities:The PMO Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting activities within the projects and delivery function within the PMO team, to include supporting the BID Administrator. These include communications, collaboration, risk management, data collection, and administration.Qualifications:The Project Administrator is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering supporting activities within the projects and delivery function. These include communications, collaboration, risk management, data collection and administration.
  • Documentation Support: Maintain operational documentation and ensure project/server files are up to date with all relevant information aligned to processes.
  • Project Organization: Assist in organizing projects and resource contracts to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to meet deadlines, ensuring operational excellence and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure projects and resource contracts comply with company and customer processes, procedures, and statutory obligations.
  • Data Management: Maintain data and prompt team members to provide up-to-date and mandatory information requirements, including applications, forecasts, progress reports, timesheets, weekly contractor return forms, and H&S documentation.
  • BD Support: Support the BD Administrators in their day-to-day activities.
  • Meeting Organization: Organize meetings to ensure bids process through the business in line with governance, allowing timely bid submissions.
  • Bid Tracking: Track the progress of all bids and help keep bids on track for successful submission.
  • Bid Library Maintenance: Help build and maintain the Bid library.
  • Bid Reporting: Report on Bid Management workloads and Win/Loss ratios.
