As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll play a vital role in creating meaningful customer connections, ensuring every campaign is timely, personalised, and impactful.The RoleLead the build, QA and optimisation of multi-channel CRM journeys (email, app, push) using Braze.Bring campaigns to life with personalisation and segmentation powered by CDP integrations.Partner with design, loyalty, data and content teams to deliver customer-first communications.Own performance reporting, dashboards, and test-and-learn plans to continually improve campaign impact.Mentor CRM Executives and act as a trusted escalation point for QA and journey execution.Represent CRM within cross-functional squads, ensuring seamless collaboration across the business.The PersonProven experience in CRM or retention marketing.Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar ESPs) and CDP-driven segmentation.Skilled in dynamic content, journey QA, and campaign troubleshooting.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.Organised, proactive, and a natural collaborator with a passion for customer engagement.What we offerOur Benefits for this role include, but not limited to:
