How you'll make an impact
- Coordinate a portfolio of public and employers' liability claims for local government clients.
- Handle claims from first notification to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Make informed decisions on quantum and liability
- Work closely with partners like clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives
- Utilise multiple communication channels, such as phone and email
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Ability to interact with customers respectfully
- Keen attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and advance in claims handling
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days
