- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering professional and supportive guidance to managers and employees
- Support core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current employment legislation and best practice
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR systems, processes, and ways of working
- Help implement a new Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate training and development activities across the business
- Collaborate on key people projects and support the rollout of new HR initiatives
- Experience as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently working towards it
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confident working with HR systems and open to learning new technologies
- A continuous improvement approach and a positive, can-do attitude
