This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your HR career within a modern, high-performing environment that champions innovation, continuous improvement, and the growth of its people.About the RoleReporting to the HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR activities across the full employee lifecycle. From handling day-to-day queries to contributing to strategic people initiatives, this role offers hands-on experience in all areas of HR and people solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering professional and supportive guidance to managers and employees
  • Support core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current employment legislation and best practice
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR systems, processes, and ways of working
  • Help implement a new Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate training and development activities across the business
  • Collaborate on key people projects and support the rollout of new HR initiatives
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is passionate about HR, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful contribution to a growing organisation.Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently working towards it
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident working with HR systems and open to learning new technologies
  • A continuous improvement approach and a positive, can-do attitude
