- Prior experience in SEN support (advantageous but not essential)
- A genuine passion for mental health, neurodiversity, and behaviour support
- A good understanding of SEMH and related educational needs
- Easy access to Bedford or surrounding areas
- Valuable, hands-on experience supporting children with complex needs
- Insight into therapeutic and educational interventions
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced SEN professionals
- A solid platform to progress into roles in mental health, youth work or education
