- Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Use data-driven insights to refine performance and drive growth.
- Drive new opportunities into the business through proactive lead generation.
- Network at industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
- Partner with the wider Mole Valley Farmers team, including retail stores and Business Development Managers, to leverage existing customer relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager to align sales strategy with broader business goals.
- Solar PV and battery storage experience is essential, providing credibility and technical understanding in customer conversations.
- A proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within renewables, construction, or technical services.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, paired with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across stakeholders.
- A natural networker with strong interpersonal skills.
