This is a strategic role with real impact, combining commercial leadership with the opportunity to build, coach, and inspire a team that’s ready for direction and development.What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across residential and commercial solar PV and battery storage installations.
  • Shape and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with market trends and company goals.
  • Personally manage key accounts and high-value opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine performance and drive growth.
  • Drive new opportunities into the business through proactive lead generation.
  • Network at industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Partner with the wider Mole Valley Farmers team, including retail stores and Business Development Managers, to leverage existing customer relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager to align sales strategy with broader business goals.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Solar PV and battery storage experience is essential, providing credibility and technical understanding in customer conversations.
  • A proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within renewables, construction, or technical services.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, paired with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across stakeholders.
  • A natural networker with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for clean energy and making a positive impact.
