
Regional Sales Manager - North

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow up on qualified leads.
- Coordinate customer activity with the Internal Sales team.
- Contribute to sales meetings, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit quarterly performance reviews.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and KPI targets.
- Monitor market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sales and support product development initiatives.
- Have a strong sales background with excellent planning and negotiation skills.
- Be comfortable managing accounts and budgets.
- Have strong rapport building and communication skills.
- Be passionate in growing and develop our customer base.
