- Liaising with property managers, tenants, and landlords on financial matters
- Supporting debt recovery processes and resolving financial discrepancies
- Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
- Previous experience in property management accounts (essential)
- Strong knowledge of credit control and debt recovery processes
- Familiarity with rent insurance handling (preferred)
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
