
Sales Account Executive – Client Services

- Provide administrative support to the sales and account management teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
- Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinate internal communications between departments to support client needs
- Respond to customer enquiries and ensure a high standard of service
- Identify and reach out to new potential local business prospects
- Make outbound calls to introduce RGVA and generate new business opportunities
- Attend occasional customer visits when prospecting for local business
- Support the team in preparing for and attending trade shows and industry events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident making outbound calls and speaking with potential customers
- Willing and able to visit local prospects occasionally as part of lead generation
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to attend trade shows and events as required
- Someone with a full UK driving licence
