We currently have a position for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Domestic Team in our Birchwood HQ, this is a Fixed Term Vacancy working 37.5hrs per week ending May 2026Are you are passionate about delivering a great customer experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong sales and communication skills, this is an exciting opportunity for you!As a Senior Sales Executive in the Domestic Sector of our oil company, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales and service fixed term contract personnel, to ensure effective delivery of fuel products and services . Your primary focus will be on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and achieving sales and service targets.You will play a key role in aligning team efforts with the company's strategic goals and upholding our commitment to reliable and safe energy solutions for domestic customers.Teamwork is key to the company's success and each individual contributes to this through displaying enthusiasm, co-operation and flexibility; treating others the way they would wish to be treated themselvesKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the team in achieving domestic sales targetsInspire and motivate team members to achieve targets and KPIs.Conduct regular 1-2-1 reviews and provide coachingCreate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaborationHandle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.What We Offer:
