- Learning the full 360 recruitment cycle (sales, sourcing, client management)
- Speaking with decision-makers and pitching your services
- Sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates for technical and commercial roles
- Managing relationships with both clients and candidates
- Working to KPIs, hitting targets, and making placements!
- Experience in outbound sales, telesales, B2B, or field sales with targets
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
