- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with the accounting and finance team to support month-end processes.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to analyse data and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external vendors.
