We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support & Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular account reviews, providing stock updates, product advice, and identifying opportunities to fill product gaps.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate business pipeline, tracking sales performance and GP retention.
  • Deliver swift and accurate quotations using internal sourcing and estimating teams.
  • Follow up on quotations to ensure closure—win or lose—and update CRM with all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate face-to-face meetings for the Sales Director, setting clear objectives and ensuring all actions are followed up post-visit.
  • Provide meaningful sales interactions and support across key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
