You will play a central role in keeping our admissions and marketing operations running smoothly by providing timely, accurate, and professional administrative support.This role would suit a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys multi-tasking and thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment. You will work across systems like Zoho, Calendly, Agorapulse, Notion and iSAMs, supporting enrolment processing, lead management, social media listening, and essential day-to-day administration.Work EnvironmentMVA offers a dynamic, rewarding, and exciting work environment unlike other schools or educational environments. The role presents a remarkable opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a remote team passionate about leading change in the education sector.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Admin & Operational Support
  • Assist the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) with inbox management ensuring timely responses or escalations. Also conduct daily PA tasks for the CGO.
  • Manage the Admissions Team inbox and respond to instant chat enquiries (on Crisp platform) ensuring quick and engaging responses
  • Answer, and field if necessary, incoming admissions enquiries phone calls
  • Support social media engagement by responding to comments as needed
  • Update key internal trackers, for example; SEND tracker, EHCP tracker and list of councils.
  • Flag relevant enrolment updates to Accounts, Attendance, and SEND teams
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to projects as required (e.g. preparing documentation, collating feedback, and data entry).
Lead Management & Pipeline Support
  • Convert leads to deals in Zoho, keeping pipeline data current
  • Add new LA consultations to iSAMs (and Zoho if they’re new enquiries)
  • Send timely follow-up emails to prospects, highlighting hot leads for call prioritisation
  • Respond to general EHCP queries via email to keep applicants engaged
Admissions & Enrolment Administration
  • Manage all admissions workflows in Zoho (general, athlete and EHCP)
  • Process all enrolments, including Local Authority (LA)/dual enrolled and EHCP funded students
  • Add and coordinate Calendly bookings for consultations and calls
  • Maintain and update follow-up email templates
  • Transfer records accurately between Zoho and iSAMs systems
Required Skills & ExperienceEssential
  • Experience in an administrative, operations, or admissions support role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Comfortable using systems and cloud-based tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Notion, Slack)
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and calm under pressure
  • A genuine team player who enjoys supporting others
Desirable
  • Previous experience in a school or remote education setting
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR considerations (training provided)
  • Experience using platforms such as Zoho CRM, iSAMS or other school MIS tools
