- Support the Head of Quality and HSE in the maintenance of the Management system.
- Identification, Mitigation and Planning of risk assessments (COSHH, Process, Puwer).
- Recording, Investigation and Mitigation of accidents and near misses.
- Organization of training records and schedules.
- Performing of inductions to new employees.
- Conducting and reporting of Audits, Safety walks and Drills
- Organization and effective management of H&S Meetings.
- Coordination with Third party bodies and inspections.
- Provide Technical Advice where required.
- Ensure compliance to ISO and regulatory Requirements.
- Management and organization of Health Surveillance program.
- Control of contractors permit to work.
- Reporting of KPI’ s and Presentation to Management team
- Support the Head of Quality and HSE in the maintenance of the Management system.
- Identification, Mitigation and Planning of risk assessments
- Recording, Investigation and Mitigation of Environmental Incidents.
- Conducting Audits and Inspections.
- Ensure compliance to ISO and regulatory Requirements.
- Review and Maintenance of Impacts and Aspects.
- Coordination of Improvement Initiatives.
- Ensuring Site plans are maintained
- Reporting of KPI’ s and Presentation to Management team
- A Minimum of 5+ years’ experience.
- A demonstrated track record of training personnel HS&E Awareness – Essential
- Experience in HSE for production manufacturing – Essential.
- Displays the need for thoroughness and attention to detail - Essential
- Welding and Fabrication background desirable – Desired.
- Strong computer skills required - Essential
- Management Systems qualifications/experience –ISO14001, ISO45001.
- Trained Internal Auditor certification.
- In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player.
- Good analytical skills.
- Able to identify and resolve problems using a structured and data driven approach
- Root Cause and Corrective Action practitioner.
- PC literate - capable user of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and coordinator.
- High level reporting and data interrogation capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects/objectives effectively.
- Strong organization, planning, and action plan execution capabilities.
- Ability to motivate, drive collaboration and facilitate CI teams and activities.
- Resilient in enforcing HSE requirements within compressed timescales.
- Ability to resolve problems using structured techniques.
