- Lead, motivate and support the ESH team in delivering safety objectives across the site
- Ensure continual improvement and legal compliance of health, safety, and environmental management systems
- Promote and develop a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation
- Maintain and improve compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards
- Manage departmental budgets and support risk reduction initiatives across SPUK
- A degree in occupational safety, health, environmental or a related discipline
- Significant experience in a health and safety leadership role
- Strong knowledge of relevant ESH legislation and industry codes of practice
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
