- Providing admin support including printing, photocopying, scanning, bundling, bibling, making up files, label printing and adding signatures.
- Support with e-filing and locating documents.
- Preparing reports, presentations and internal memos as directed.
- Booking couriers and arranging postal services.
- Assisting with internal room and video conference bookings, meetings, maintaining calendars, and supporting with basic travel arrangements for legal staff as required.
- Creating documents and completing minor edits and formatting (e.g. engagement letters).
- Assisting with administration for office and client events.
- Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate efficient office operations.
- Participating in special projects.
