
Administration and Marketing Assistant

- Strong administration skills needed, along with experience of / interest in marketing and social media
- 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday + max. 1 Saturday per month
- Work closely with the team to support day-to-day office operations, including taking responsibility for office supplies management
- Manage internal and external correspondence (phone calls, emails, letters, etc.)
- Upload information to the website, ensuring all details are accurate
- Update and maintain client records
- Liaise with photographers for product shoots
- Create and maintain marketing brochures and other promotional materials
- Run social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Previous marketing and administrative experience (essential)
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
