Job IntroductionWe are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Rapport team, to work at our client sites based in the heart of City of London. The client is a British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company.Your role will be to provide the highest levels of client care and service to all internal employees, clients and directors in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures.Type of contract: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM; on a shift rota basis)What will you get?

Main responsibilities:
  • Complete all daily checklists, forms, floor walks, and online reports; update trackers and ensure all data is accurately logged and accessible for management.
  • Report and log all maintenance or service issues with the Helpdesk and relevant teams; follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all workspaces including meeting rooms, tea points, post areas, and storage; ensure supplies are stocked and any issues are reported.
  • Work closely with service teams, anchor contacts, and senior staff to uphold service quality and maintain a clutter-free environment; support onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Handle emails, provide admin support as needed, assist with internal moves, lockers, clear-desk policy, and uphold confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, complete required reports, attend meetings, manage storeroom safety, and communicate effectively with management regarding issues, updates, and progress.
