Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our London office on a 12-month contract basis.The Administrator will play an integral role in daily administration for the office function by providing support to the team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties ranging from documentation preparation to money transfers.What will you do?
  • Assist with the daily administration for the team and provide support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team.
  • Production of suitability reports and the management of investment managements review cycles.
  • Communicating with Advisers and clients where necessary.
  • Monitoring the transfers of assets/cash to or from other institutions.
  • Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments.
  • Perform a robust set of tasks to ensure adequate daily oversight and monitoring of outsourced Data Management Activities.
  • Processing of payments.
  • Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
  • Diary management and meeting preparation - both internal and external.
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
  • Proven Administration experience – additional training will be provided.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
Nice-to-have
  • Previous administration experience within wealth management, or a related sector is highly desirable. Though we would still like to hear from you if this isn't the case.
