Our Information and Library Services Directorate delivers award winning IT services and support, library, academic and digital skills and learning enhancement to staff and students across the university. Our digital mission is to ensure everyone in our community is equipped to effectively use digital services, data and technology with confidence, efficiency and creativity in their learning, teaching, research and organisational support.The focus of our digital strategy is on cloud based, product first technologies and our system admin teams reflect this. Our teams cover platforms and research systems, enterprise systems and DevOps, identity and Microsoft 365 and endpoint systems.We are seeking a Systems Administrator who will provide input to the Platforms and Research Systems team, responsible for delivering the platforms and systems needed to support modern infrastructure environments. Contribute to the development and maintenance of relevant hardware, software and cloud environments underpinning the core enterprise class IT environment of the university.Applicants should have experience in a hands-on technical support role and administering Microsoft technologies operating systems and applications.
