Assistant Building Surveyor – A supportive firm with 1:1 tailored APC support!A boutique Chartered Surveying firm as seeking an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 6, based close to well-connected Liverpool Station in London.This is an opportunity for a dedicated Assistant Building Surveyor who is keen to progress their APC and work absorb the knowledge of a team of experienced Building Surveyor’s, with a 1:1 approach to training.Benefits

Role and responsibilitiesThe successful Assistant Building Surveyor will get exposure to an interesting and diverse client portfolio, from large county council frameworks, to grade listed private properties, delivering a multitude of service lines and schemes.As the chosen Assistant Building Surveyor, you’ll work alongside 2 trainees who you can develop with and have 1:1 APC training and access to the Senior’s/Partner on a day to day basis.Person specificationThe chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will be a keen learner who is focused on their self-progression and who can work collaboratively with their peers.
  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
  • Consultancy/private practice background
  • Ideally commercial and residential experience
  • Strong communication- both written and verbal
