- Supporting the Team Manager with the day to day running of warehouse shift, you'll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve challenging efficiency targets
- Installing a strong work ethic in your team, you'll also monitor morale, identifying ways to ensure you are promoting our approach to employment engagement
- With good understanding of Health & Safety you'll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings
- A strong communicator you'll develop strong and trusting relationships with your team and other managers
- A proven track record in a leadership position, within an automated warehouse environment
- A skilful planner and natural problem solver, you'll be able to monitor performance against business standards, control resource and costs, and enable your team to meet challenging performance target
- A good organiser with the ability to efficiently manage varied workloads, you'll use your initiative to analyse and resolve any issues within your department.
