Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Clinical recruitment team. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day line management and development of our wonderful Clinical Recruitment Partners.As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll develop an effective recruitment strategy for all Clinical recruitment. You'll get involved in project activity, taking a lead on some continuous improvement of processes, ways of working, as well as localised initiatives.Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll develop and review existing approaches and work to identify new opportunities, with a focus on direct recruitment, candidate sourcing, our overseas strategy and succession planning.This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can demonstrate how Talent Acquisition can support the ambitious growth plans of our business.We operate a true hybrid working model with the flexibility to work from home, the office or both. There will be some travel required to our head office based in Cheltenham for fortnightly meetings, however we are flexible on your location for this role.What's on offer?

What will you bring?
  • Experience of leading a team, responsible for a recruiting in a technical industry where demand outweighs supply.
  • Experience of overseas recruitment would be hugely beneficial.
  • Be a capable, credible and flexible leader - with the ability to nurture, coach and develop teams.
  • Have excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service to all candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Be able to challenge, where necessary, in a constructive, honest, optimistic way.
  • Be highly organized and comfortable dealing with a high volume of work, some complexity and delivering to deadlines.
  • Experience of using data to suggest improvements and make informed decisions.
  • Confident to work well unsupervised, using your initiative where required.
  • Ability to pick up and use IT systems and technology quickly. Especially experience working with recruitment applicant tracking systems.
  • Have a strong understanding of social media and recruitment attraction tools.
