- Experience of overseas recruitment would be hugely beneficial.

- Confident to work well unsupervised, using your initiative where required.
- Ability to pick up and use IT systems and technology quickly. Especially experience working with recruitment applicant tracking systems.
- Have a strong understanding of social media and recruitment attraction tools.
