We have a client who seeks the appointment of a Development Manager - to work across the entire development process in terms of site acquisition, feasibility, contract review and technical evaluation.The role would suit a degree-qualified applicant with some experience in the following;Undertake/support activities from initial site finding, through site assembly, acquisition, feasibility design and internal approval process to exchange of contracts.Assist in securing satisfactory planning permission and undertake relevant due diligence.Support the Development Directors in managing projects to time and budget, and the wider Development team in negotiating the sales/leasing of projects to end users and in securing funding where appropriate.The Development Manager will have responsibility for their projects or elements of a project.This will suit someone who is working with a developer or consultancy seeking a move to the client side.For this role, you will need to demonstrate that you have experience in dealing with development issues and working to time and budget constraints.The role comes with an excellent package and the opportunity to develop other skills whilst being a development professional within a great team.
