We are looking for a reliable and supportive Lunch Time Supervisor to join a welcoming SEN school in Coventry. This part-time role is vital in ensuring pupils have a safe and enjoyable lunchtime, both in the dining hall and during playground activities. You will work as part of a supportive team, helping pupils with special educational needs to eat safely, interact positively, and enjoy their break time.Key Duties
- Supervision: Oversee pupils in the dining hall and playground during lunch break.
- Support with Eating: Assist pupils with collecting food, eating, and clearing up, while promoting independence.
- Safety & Wellbeing: Ensure pupils are safe, happy, and engaged during lunch and playtime.
- Encouragement: Promote positive behaviour and support pupils in developing social and communication skills.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with school staff to provide a supportive environment for all pupils.
- Supportive Environment: Join a dedicated school team passionate about helping children thrive.

- Previous experience working with children (school setting preferred)

- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Experience supporting children with SEN needs
- Flexibility to cover additional hours if required
- Valid photo ID (Driving Licence or Passport)
- Recent work-based references
