- - Manage a team of 7 to 9 Account Managers that own the overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
- - Coach Account Managers on how to establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
- - Help in managing the entire sales lifecycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.
- - Ensure positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders from your department.
- - Meet and exceed team upsell opportunities.
- - Make sure that your team is working with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
- - Providing guidance on timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues
- - Communicating with key customers, business partners and executives on significant issues and accomplishments.
- - 5-7 years of account management experience in software industry
- -3+ years management experience in software industry
- - Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
- - Natural leadership skills, and ability to mobilize people towards a goal
- - Ability to pick up new technologies easily
- - Good understanding of Excel, financial modeling, and financial reporting
- - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- - Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plus
- - Knowledge of the private equity and financial services market preferred
