- Identify, engage, and convert prospects within pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and moving opportunities through the funnel.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, present business value, and lead contract negotiations to close deals.
- Foster long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance, collaborating with the executive team on forecasts and strategy.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor movements, and client needs to inform sales strategy.
- 3+ years of B2B sales or customer success experience in the pharmaceutical, medtech, health tech, or clinical trials industry.
- Proven experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
- Understanding of clinical trials and the life sciences landscape.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident working with CRMs, sales tools, and cloud-based systems (e.g., Google Suite, Apple).
- Degree in Business, STEM, Communications, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
