- Identify and pursue new business: Proactively drive new business development by identifying and targeting prospective financial services clients for SymphonyAI’s enterprise AI SaaS solutions.
- Manage existing accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and discovering opportunities for upsell and expansion.
- Close large, complex deals: Lead and negotiate strategic sales engagements with deal sizes exceeding $1m ARR, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Consultative selling: Understand client business drivers and challenges, positioning SymphonyAI solutions to deliver measurable business value and transformation.
- Forecast and pipeline management: Maintain accurate forecasts and robust pipelines, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings, develop tailored proposals, and ensure successful implementation of sold solutions.
- Market intelligence: Keep current with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, feeding insights back into sales strategy.
- Sales reporting: Track activities, progress, and results using CRM systems and deliver regular updates to management.
- Proven experience selling enterprise software or technology solutions to the Financial Services sector, with a strong track record in both new and existing account management.
- Demonstrable experience closing individual deals valued at $1m+ ARR.
- Excellent understanding of financial services market needs, industry trends, and business drivers.
- Skilled in consultative, value-based selling with advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Strong organisational, pipeline management, and forecasting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Technology or a related field.
