  • Provide expert advice in frameworks and standards, shaping policy and best practices for project delivery.
  • Lead development and implementation of strategic approaches, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Offer specialist guidance to management reviews, peer assists, and project evaluations.
  • Support professional development, mentoring staff and advising on training initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring engagement and strategic alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational values, delivering high-quality results with efficiency.
  • Identify and implement system improvements, fostering enhanced capability and value for money.
Role-Specific Knowledge & SkillsEssential:
  • Proven experience in frameworks and standards development within a project or programme office.
  • Strong ability to influence organisational practices and shape strategic delivery.
  • Expertise in risk management, benefits planning, and business case development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, engaging effectively with executives and teams.
  • Strong focus on continuous learning and professional development within a Centre of Excellence.
Desirable:
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management (APM, PRINCE2, Praxis, MSP, MoP, P3O).
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programmes to enhance organisational capabilities.
  • Ability to develop KPIs and measure performance metrics for Centre of Excellence initiatives.
  • Capability to mentor and coach professionals within the framework and standards discipline.
