- Proven experience in frameworks and standards development within a project or programme office.
- Strong ability to influence organisational practices and shape strategic delivery.
- Expertise in risk management, benefits planning, and business case development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, engaging effectively with executives and teams.
- Strong focus on continuous learning and professional development within a Centre of Excellence.
- Formal qualifications in Project Management (APM, PRINCE2, Praxis, MSP, MoP, P3O).
- Experience in designing and delivering training programmes to enhance organisational capabilities.
- Ability to develop KPIs and measure performance metrics for Centre of Excellence initiatives.
- Capability to mentor and coach professionals within the framework and standards discipline.
