Are you a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a Clinical Lead to join their dedicated team in a beautiful nursing home in Nottingham.   • Lead and supervise a team of care workers.
  • Conduct regular supervision sessions in line with company policies.
  • Perform staff appraisals according to company procedures.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff.
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
